Kevin Spiteri

Kevin Spiteri

Managing Director

Kevin Spiteri has extensive experience in training youth and adult workers, course evaluation, and educational consultancy. He specializes in addressing the challenges faced by educators and young learners as they adapt to the digital age. Kevin brings expertise in developing training tools and professional development programs for adult trainers, as well as course evaluation techniques, to create a reference model of the didactical and transversal skills needed by trainers.

His open mindset and deep understanding of training tools enable him to provide innovative ideas, testimonials, and best practices to support youth workers in developing the essential skills required for the evolving labour market and the everchanging labour requirements. Kevin is dedicated to promoting inclusiveness and applying a tactical approach in educational activities, sharing ideas and best practices on how to support trainers in cultivating essential skills for people entering and in the labour market.
Marika Huber

Marika Huber

Managing Director

Marika Huber brings extensive experience in European project management, leadership, and financial management, particularly within the Erasmus program. She has worked on projects related to women empowerment in the workplace and is currently participating in two Erasmus adult projects focused on women equality in the workplace: 'Power' and 'Equaliser'.

In her previous role as Managing Director of the Mediterranean Bank Network, Marika demonstrated her ability to forge significant relationships within the sector to support social entrepreneurship, facilitating partnerships and initiatives that empower women entrepreneurship. As a Director at the Malta Institute of Management, she played a direct role in the professional development of trainers and organizations, contributing significantly to training and capacity building within the labour market.

Marika holds an MBA from Maastricht, which she earned in 2003.
